HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETSONLINE
Memberships are available for purchase exclusively from New York Theatre Workshop.

Please note, sales by phone are subject to an additional fee of $5 per transaction.
IN-PERSON
Ticket fees are waived for in-person sales at the box office. For current box office hours, please call 212-460-5475.
All memberships and single ticket purchases are subject to applicable handling fees. All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.
TICKET PICK UPFor your convenience, all printed tickets are held at the box office for pick up on the day of your performance. Tickets are available beginning two hours prior to curtain and a photo ID matching the name on the tickets may be required for pick up.
CHEAP TIX PERFORMANCESAt the first two performances of every NYTW production, tickets will be sold to the general public for just $25. CheapTix are available on a first-come, first-served basis, online at NYTW.org, by phone at 212-460-5475 or in-person at the box office. Standard ticketing fees apply.

CHEAP TIX RUSH POLICYSubject to availability at the opening of the box office, $25 day-of rush tickets may be available for youth, seniors, artists and Lower East Side residents. Rush tickets are sold cash-only, limit two per person.
Proper identification is required for all rush tickets. Youth (ages 25 and under) and seniors (ages 65+) may present an ID indicating date-of-birth; Artists may present an ID and a program or union card; Lower East Side residents may present an ID that includes your address. Learn more here.
DONATING TICKETSIf you’re unable to use your tickets, you may donate them in exchange for a letter of tax credit by calling the box office at 212-460-5475 or emailing tickets@nytw.org. Please note, ticket donations must be completed prior to the start of the ticketed performance.
LUGGAGE AND COAT CHECKUnfortunately, we do not offer storage for coats, bags or other large items. The house manager may be able to hold items in the lobby, but NYTW assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of these items.
LOST AND FOUNDPlease call 212-460-5475 or email HouseManager@nytw.org to inquire about items that may have been left at the theatre.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOThe taking of pictures and the use of recording devices is strictly prohibited in the theatre before, during and after the show.
FOOD AND DRINKSFood and drinks are prohibited in the theatre except bottled water with a lid.
