RENTAL GENERAL INFORMATION
Location: 79 and 83 East 4th Street

Renter must obtain General Liability Insurance for the duration of their use of the NYTW space.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the theatre or studio spaces.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs, or working under the influence, is strictly prohibited.
