The Fourth Street Bar Association (FSBA) at New York Theatre Workshop is a network of diverse young professionals in their 20s and 30s who actively support the artistic vision of the theatre and introduce NYTW among a new generation of audiences. This group makes philanthropy fun, easy and accessible for their peers, with an eye towards grooming the arts board leaders of tomorrow.

Association members attend NYTW productions, parties, and exclusive special events, and promote social and cultural experiences for young New Yorkers. Recently, the steering committee threw a Halloween party that went on to the wee hours of the morning (pictures are in the gallery below!), and hung out with the cast of Ivo van Hove’s The Misanthrope after attending the production on October 2.

Past events have included: a 2006/07 season kick-off celebration on the stage of NYTW; the Opening Night parties for Alan Ball’s All That I Will Ever Be and Martha Clarke’s KAOS; gatherings with the remarkable cast of Will Power’s hip-hop opus The Seven, and cocktail parties at the homes of NYTW Trustees.
